Founder
Dr. Brijesh Patel, PhD
Dr. Patel brings over 13 years of progressive experience in developing and manufacturing topical liquid and semi-solid formulations for haircare, skincare, personal care, and OTC products. With 9+ years of hands-on experience, he has successfully led in-house laboratories, managed and mentored teams of formulation scientists, laboratory technicians, QC/QA, and regulatory personnel. His extensive experience includes managing CROs, CMOs, private label clients, and testing laboratories, ensuring successful product manufacturing, batch validation, stability testing, claim substantiation, clinical testing, preservative efficacy testing, and HRIPT.
Dr. Patel has prepared facilities, established company-wide cGMP and Quality Systems, and obtained cosmetic manufacturing licenses and ISO certifications. Currently, he leads manufacturing activities for topical products, overseeing technology transfer, scale up, product specifications, change control, OOS investigations, batch record preparation, product release for commercialization, raw material approval, and vendor qualification. He has developed and assisted in launching hundreds of haircare, skincare, topical dermatological, and OTC products for both company owned brands and private label clients. Additionally, Dr. Patel has authored over 22 scientific publications in high impact peer reviewed journals and book chapters, and presented scientific findings at international conferences. His extensive knowledge of human skin and hair anatomy, advanced drug delivery methods, ingredient interactions, and clinical evaluation of results using advanced statistics, combined with his experience working with FDA, local and international regulatory agencies, and certification bodies, makes him an invaluable asset to our team.
